Luvena Tan graduated from the University of Western Australia and joined the practice in 2014.  She enjoys educating patients on the importance of oral health and seeing improvements.  Luvena is available for appointments Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

Dr Michelle Huang

Michelle graduated from the University of Western Australia in 2014 with Honours. She spent several years working in Geraldton in both public and private sectors before moving back to Perth in 2018. She enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, especially minimally invasive and adhesive dentistry. She also enjoys seeing kids and nervous patients. Michelle currently works on Monday and Wednesday

Anna is the head of our Preventive Department. Anna graduated from Curtin University as a dental hygienist and has been in the dental field for over 20 years, gaining vast experience over this time. Anna is available for appointments Tuesday through to Friday.

Shavaya graduated from University of Sydney as an Oral Health Therapist. Shavaya has worked all over Australia over the past 9 years, gaining vast experience from working in outreach clinics for children in NSW and NT, as well as working with the ADF Dental Corp. Shavaya is available for appointments on Monday and Thursday.

What is QIP Accreditation?

The accreditation of private dental practices’ is based on the integration of a set of National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards into everyday practice culture and patient safety. These standards harmonise regulatory requirements passed down by both Federal and State governments, with highlights being the demonstration of clear and evidence based patient benefits when visiting an accredited practice.

What this means for you

When choosing an accredited practice a patient can expect a reduction in clinical and general risks, as well as the peace of mind in knowing that all staff are educated and engaged in the implementation of dental systems and improvement of dental processes within their practice.

National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards for Dentist’s were adopted by the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care in 2011. The attainment of these standards means a dental practice has proven to be of the highest calibre in delivering quality patient care within Australia.
